The proposed changes by the NSW Government to our wildlife and biodiversity are very disappointing in the least. Giving farmers the ability to 'self-assess' how much land they can clear should NOT be allowed - already we have cleared signifiant areas of natural bushland and this has caused problems with our soil and degraded our land. I live in Australia because of the wildlife and diversity and natural landscape and laws should be UPGRADED to protect our biodiversity even more - not less. I do not agree to the changes being proposed, Thank you, Fiona McCuaig PS: Climate change is barely considered in these amendments which indicates the changes have not been thoroughly thought-out, and DO NOT represent the views of the Australian people who want to see Australia's natural landscape and wildlife protected into the future.
